💼 About This Role

You'll lead the application security team at Coins, the most established crypto brand in the Philippines, formulating and implementing the security strategy and technical roadmap for digital currency trading and payment systems. You'll build a full-lifecycle application security system ensuring compliance with global regulations like FATF and MiCA.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Formulate application security strategy and technical roadmap.
• Lead team in security code review, penetration testing, and vulnerability management.
• Integrate security into the full SDLC across all business systems.
• Collaborate with compliance team to meet regulatory requirements.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years in application security with 3+ years managing a senior team.
• Proficient in security code review and penetration testing.
• Deep understanding of OWASP Top 10 vulnerabilities.
• Proficient in at least one programming language: Java, Python, or Go.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in fintech, digital currency, or blockchain industries.
• Familiarity with cloud security (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• CISSP, CISM, or CEH certification.
