Description

You will architect and build scalable web applications for Bluefish's AI marketing platform, working with AI engineers, product managers, and designers to deliver impactful features. You'll own critical systems, influence technical direction, and help define how AI-assisted development powers next-generation marketing technology.

Requirements

• 5+ years full-stack experience with TypeScript and React, shipping production-grade apps
• Experience or willingness to code in Python
• Fluent in AI-assisted development leveraging LLM tooling
• Design, deploy, and operate AWS infrastructure using Terraform
• Build high-throughput, fault-tolerant APIs with deep expertise in query optimization

Responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and own scalable secure web applications
• Bridge design and engineering, validating UI/UX feasibility and driving performance optimization
• Set and enforce high engineering bar through code reviews and spec-driven development
• Lead system scaling initiatives to support 100x current load
• Work with AI engineers, PMs, and designers to shape technically sound solutions
