💼 About This Role

You'll polish plastic injection molds and tooling to support Starlink product manufacturing. You'll work alongside a skilled tool and die team to meet precision surface finish requirements and delivery deadlines. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to SpaceX's mission of enabling life on Mars.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Polish milled, EDM, and turned surfaces in hardened H-13 and P-20 materials
• Maintain proper draw polish for successful plastic part release
• Work with Tool and Die team during spotting and fitting operations
• Perform preventive maintenance on injection molds and dies

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency certificate
• 4+ years experience polishing plastic injection molds
• 2+ years experience in mold maintenance

✨ Nice to Have

• Proficiency with power and hand die polishing equipment
• Experience restoring welded surfaces on repair operations
• Experience with TIG welding
