You'll support the People team at Wakam, a European leader in digital embedded insurance. You'll handle administrative HR tasks, onboarding, and payroll preparation while gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic, international environment. This role offers true ownership of key HR processes and mentorship from a complete People team.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Maintain HR dashboards and update the HRIS.
- Process administrative tasks for employee lifecycle.
- Prepare and verify variable payroll elements.
- Conduct individual onboarding interviews for new hires.
๐ Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Master's program with HR specialization.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
โจ Nice to Have
- Previous experience with an HRIS or ERP.
- English proficiency for team meetings.
- Familiarity with Slack and Notion.
