You'll support the People team at Wakam, a European leader in digital embedded insurance. You'll handle administrative HR tasks, onboarding, and payroll preparation while gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic, international environment. This role offers true ownership of key HR processes and mentorship from a complete People team.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Maintain HR dashboards and update the HRIS.
  • Process administrative tasks for employee lifecycle.
  • Prepare and verify variable payroll elements.
  • Conduct individual onboarding interviews for new hires.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Master's program with HR specialization.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Previous experience with an HRIS or ERP.
  • English proficiency for team meetings.
  • Familiarity with Slack and Notion.
