💼 About This Role

You'll design Xilinx FPGAs in VHDL for Tranche 3 of the Space Development Agency's PWSA at Rocket Lab's Optical Systems division. You'll perform logic design, coding, simulation, and testing to support critical space missions. This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge space-based payloads for DoD and IC customers.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design Xilinx FPGAs in VHDL
• Complete FPGA logic design, coding, simulation, and testing
• Support hardware/software teams in bring-up and test
• Perform synthesis, implementation, and timing analysis

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer/electrical engineering or equivalent
• 8+ years of experience in FPGA firmware design with VHDL
• Ability to obtain U.S. Government Security Clearance

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Xilinx/AMD Versal architecture
• Experience with FPGA image processing algorithms
• Familiarity with C, Python, or MATLAB
