You'll build and scale TikTok Shop growth through affiliate partnerships and optimized e-commerce operations. You'll take ownership of scaling TikTok Shop operations and building a high-impact affiliate ecosystem that directly drives revenue. You'll work at the intersection of social commerce, influencer marketing, and performance analytics, turning creator partnerships into measurable GMV growth.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Identify, recruit, and onboard TikTok creators and affiliates at scale
• Build and manage a high-performing affiliate network from scratch
• Negotiate commission structures with creators and influencers
• Develop creative briefs aligned with TikTok trends
• Execute product seeding strategies and track ROI from campaigns

📋 Requirements

• Proven experience managing TikTok Shop or similar social commerce platforms
• Demonstrated success in scaling affiliate or influencer marketing programs
• Hands-on experience with TikTok Affiliate Center, Creator Marketplace, and Seller Center
• Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze GMV, conversion rates, and ROI
