💼 About This Role
You'll accelerate revenue performance by designing and executing enablement programs for a SaaS sales organization serving independent restaurants. You'll translate go-to-market strategy into measurable seller behavior change, driving new product launches and skills development that improve win rates and seller confidence.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Lead enablement strategy for new product, pricing, and positioning launches
- Build launch certification programs with measurable adoption metrics
- Design ongoing AE development programs across core selling motions
- Create manager playbooks and coaching tools to inspect deal strategy
📋 Requirements
- 6+ years in Sales Enablement or Revenue Enablement supporting AEs in SaaS
- Proven track record leading enablement programming lifecycles end-to-end
- Deep understanding of SaaS sales cycles, especially SMB
- Experience operationalizing frameworks like MEDDPICC into scalable programs
✨ Nice to Have
- Experience with call coaching platforms like Gong
- Strong executive communication skills
- Ability to lead multiple concurrent initiatives
