Description
As Seed's Senior Product Manager, you will own the end-to-end post-purchase member experience, defining and building the strategy to make Seed's member journey the deepest, most scientifically grounded relationship in consumer health. You'll lead cross-functional teams, design rapid experiments, and shape how the experience evolves across channels as the company expands into retail and new marketplaces.
Requirements
- 7+ years of product management experience
- Experience owning consumer-facing product experiences
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams (Design, Engineering, Marketing)
- Strong strategic conviction and ability to move with urgency
- Experience with retention, lifecycle, or membership product
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end post-purchase member experience strategy
- Lead with a clear product vision, translating science, brand, and retention goals into an engaging experience
- Design and run short-cycle experiments to test strategic hypotheses about member behavior
- Define the membership value architecture grounded in what members want and moves retention
- Partner with Product Design to set creative and strategic direction for member-facing experiences
