Description

You will own test activities in production, resolve complex electrical issues, and improve test systems for automation and throughput. Collaborate with design and manufacturing teams to ensure high-quality products and support NPI processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics, Computer, or Mechanical Engineering or related fields
• 5+ years of relevant industry experience with emphasis on manufacturing test and product sustainment
• Familiarity with Linux, Ubuntu, LabVIEW, and NixOS
• Experience with PCBA testing standards and methods
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance

Responsibilities

• Maintain ownership of test activities in production and ensure production test flow
• Provide hands-on troubleshooting and resolve complex electrical issues found during testing
• Improve and sustain existing test systems to improve automation, consistency, cycle time, and test coverage
• Generate test work instructions and train technicians on equipment use
• Determine root cause of product failures and recommend corrective actions
