🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage collections team and drive process improvement projects
• Prepare collection forecasts and scenario planning for cash flows
• Coordinate bad debt provisions and reserves analysis
• Deliver collection performance reports to executive team

📋 Requirements

• BA/BS degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
• Proven experience in collections or finance leadership role
• Business fluency in English
• Strong analytical skills with financial modeling proficiency
