Requirements

  • 2-3 years previous experience in a Project Coordinator or similar role
  • Experience ideally within ICT

Responsibilities

  • Maintain project schedules, documentation, and status updates
  • Support Project Managers with planning, milestones, budgets, and reporting
  • Track actions, risks, and issues, following up to keep projects moving
  • Prepare meeting notes, status reports, and stakeholder communications
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of PMO processes and tools
