Description

You will audit, prioritise, and fix Scandit's developer documentation to reduce search no-result rates, improve information architecture, and fill content gaps, turning the docs into a self-service experience that helps developers succeed during their trial.

Requirements

• 7+ years in technical writing or developer documentation
• Experience writing for developer audiences (SDKs, APIs, integration guides)
• Hands-on with Docusaurus and docs-as-code workflows (GitHub/GitLab)
• Hands-on with Algolia (index config, synonym management, ranking rules)
• Strong information architecture skills

Responsibilities

• Audit developer documentation for search failures and structural gaps
• Fix poor search performance using Algolia
• Redesign information architecture and navigation for trial users
• Identify content gaps and drive fixes with Product and Engineering
• Produce lightweight documentation standards
