💼 About This Role

You'll lead global supply management for Crusoe Cloud, optimizing data center infrastructure supply chains. Your work will directly enable scalable AI infrastructure by driving efficiency and continuity. This role combines strategic sourcing with hands-on supplier partnerships at a fast-growing AI company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and implement innovative, cost-effective supply chain strategies
• Manage end-to-end supply chain from raw material sourcing to final delivery
• Align supplier manufacturing capacity with forecasted global demand
• Drive lead time reduction and improve supply reliability

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
• 10-15 years experience in supply chain, sourcing, or procurement
• Proven track record managing complex supply chains and vendor compliance
• Experience with hyperscalers, OEM/ODMs, or infrastructure providers

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience managing Data Center infrastructure categories (greyspace or whitespace)
• CPSM, CSCP, or CPIM certification
• Experience with AI/data center infrastructure supply chains
