Relationship Account Manager

Description
In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for your customer base, driving long-term partnerships with MongoDB's mature customers. You will be responsible for success, education, enablement, upsell/cross-sell, and renewal, working to retain and grow clients through a focus on their success.
Requirements
- 2+ years quota-carrying Account Management or New Business sales experience with SaaS/technology background
- Proven track record of hitting sales targets with direct revenue responsibility for renewal/retention and expansion/upsell
- Ability to articulate value of complex enterprise technology
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for diverse audiences
- Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Act as strategic advisor to customers, aligning MongoDB initiatives with their corporate strategy
- Proactively identify, qualify, and nurture relationships to expand stakeholder footprint
- Negotiate renewals and growth opportunities to protect and expand MongoDB's renewal base
- Execute territory management, including account tiering/prioritization and strategic account planning
- Own and deliver accurate forecast of business week over week and quarter over quarter
