You'll guide new customers through a seamless onboarding journey for a complex SaaS platform, acting as a trusted partner during early stages. You'll help translate business needs into effective system configurations and workflows, collaborating with Sales, Customer Success, Support, and Engineering.
π― What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end customer onboarding and implementation processes
- Conduct platform walkthroughs and guide setup/configuration
- Communicate onboarding requirements with customers and stakeholders
- Manage customer data migration processes
π Requirements
- 1β2 years experience in customer onboarding or implementation
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Experience with clients and senior stakeholders
- Ability to quickly learn SaaS platforms
