You'll guide new customers through a seamless onboarding journey for a complex SaaS platform, acting as a trusted partner during early stages. You'll help translate business needs into effective system configurations and workflows, collaborating with Sales, Customer Success, Support, and Engineering.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end customer onboarding and implementation processes
• Conduct platform walkthroughs and guide setup/configuration
• Communicate onboarding requirements with customers and stakeholders
• Manage customer data migration processes

📋 Requirements

• 1–2 years experience in customer onboarding or implementation
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Experience with clients and senior stakeholders
• Ability to quickly learn SaaS platforms
