You'll lead customer engagement and advocacy for the North and Central European markets, driving loyalty and transforming clients into brand advocates. You'll own a quarterly roadmap and execute high-impact events, collaborating with cross-functional teams. 🎯 What You'll Do
- Build trust-based relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers.
- Own and drive tailored customer events like user clubs and executive roundtables.
- Develop compelling content and materials for customer touchpoints.
- Gather customer insights to influence product improvements and innovation.
📋 Requirements
- 3+ years in a SaaS or B2B customer-facing role.
- Strong experience planning and executing customer events.
- Fluent in English and either German or Dutch.
- Excellent project and budget management skills.
