🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor a team of product designers focused on growth experiences
• Define design strategy for onboarding, activation, and retention flows
• Partner with product and engineering to set priorities and success metrics
• Drive experimentation culture using A/B testing and qualitative insights

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in product design
• 3+ years in a design leadership role
• Proven experience designing B2B2C or SaaS products
• Experience with growth, onboarding, or lifecycle design
