Description

You will own and scale our go-to-market strategy across digital native businesses, ISVs, and gaming customers, defining segment strategy, building and managing an ISV-focused sales team, and driving multi-year infrastructure partnerships. Success is measured by direct revenue, partner-influenced pipeline, and lighthouse customer acquisition.

Requirements

  • Fluency in ISV business models, SaaS economics, and product-driven growth
  • Ability to compete against hyperscalers for enterprise platform workloads
  • Proven leadership in building and scaling sales organizations
  • Strategic clarity and hands-on execution in a build-stage environment
  • Experience in AI/cloud infrastructure or related field

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute go-to-market strategy for digital segment (DNB, ISV, Gaming)
  • Build and manage team of ISV-focused Account Executives
  • Drive multi-year strategic infrastructure partnerships with ISV ecosystem
  • Build and scale ecosystem-led growth motion with ISVs, VCs, and strategic platforms
  • Achieve revenue targets, partner-influenced pipeline, and multi-year capacity commitments
