💼 About This Role

You'll lead the Group's consolidation and financial reporting framework, driving the IAS/IFRS transition and ensuring financial governance aligns with international standards. You'll act as a bridge between operational accounting and strategic governance, evolving reporting to support international expansion. This is a high-impact role in a high-growth FinTech scale-up.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead IAS/IFRS transition including IFRS 1 and opening balance sheets
• Coordinate statutory and consolidated financial statements for Group entities
• Own group consolidation principles, methodologies, and reporting standards
• Design and implement enhanced reporting cycle (annual to semi-annual/quarterly)
• Lead and develop Group Accounting function

📋 Requirements

• IAS/IFRS deep knowledge and proven first-time adoption experience
• Group consolidation experience across multiple countries
• People leadership managing finance teams bridging operational and group reporting
• Process excellence building robust, standardized, auditable reporting processes
