💼 About This Role

You'll lead pharmacometrics consulting projects for biopharma clients, using modeling and simulation to optimize drug development from study design to regulatory submission. This role offers significant autonomy and the chance to mentor scientific talent in a fully remote environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead cross-functional project teams for client-focused pharmacometric consulting.
• Serve as primary scientific contact, providing expert guidance on modeling strategies.
• Develop advanced population PK, PK/PD, and exposure-response models.
• Prepare pharmacometric reports and regulatory documentation.

📋 Requirements

• Master's degree in pharmacometrics, pharmacology, or related field; PhD preferred.
• 12+ years experience in population PK and PK/PD modeling.
• Expertise in Monolix, NONMEM, and R.
• Proven ability to manage complex scientific projects independently.

• Experience mentoring or supervising scientific staff.
• Business development experience (proposals, presentations).
