Requirements
- 2+ years of relevant HR experience
- Foundational understanding of talent and performance management
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience coaching managers on performance management and employee relations
Responsibilities
- Investigate employee concerns and resolve employee relations issues
- Identify training needs and provide HR-related training
- Provide performance management guidance including coaching and disciplinary actions
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze attrition data
- Promote adoption of technology and continuous improvement
