In this role, you'll support employee relations, coach front-line managers on performance management and team development, and help drive change within the organization. You'll investigate employee concerns, provide training, and use data to improve retention.

Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant HR experience
• Foundational understanding of talent and performance management
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience coaching managers on performance management and employee relations

Responsibilities

• Investigate employee concerns and resolve employee relations issues
• Identify training needs and provide HR-related training
• Provide performance management guidance including coaching and disciplinary actions
• Conduct exit interviews and analyze attrition data
• Promote adoption of technology and continuous improvement
