You'll maintain the cleanliness and appearance of vehicles at Carvana's market hubs, ensuring timely deliveries and top customer satisfaction. You'll perform multi-point inspections, wash and detail vehicles, and coordinate with team members to keep operations running smoothly. This role offers a clear path to increase your hourly rate every 90 days based on performance.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Inspect vehicles for mechanical, drivability or cosmetic concerns
• Wash and vacuum all inventory on a regular basis
• Complete multi-point inspection on arriving inventory
• Maintain positive relationships with coworkers and external vendors

📋 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent is desirable
• 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license
• Clean driving record for the past 3 years
• Lift up to 60 pounds independently
