🎯 What You'll Do

• Monitor KPIs to ensure high merchant satisfaction
• Ensure compliance with operational and safety guidelines
• Hold warehouse partners to SLA standards
• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements

📋 Requirements

• 1+ year experience in supply chain, fulfillment, or 3PL
• German and English fluency (written and verbal)
• On-site presence approximately 90% of the time
• Computer literacy including Google Sheets/Excel
