You'll independently review moderate to complex private land development and public infrastructure plans for city staff approval, ensuring compliance with engineering standards. Your core impact lies in managing multiple plan review projects efficiently and coordinating with city departments and external stakeholders. This role offers the chance to work on public agency projects and utilize Bluebeam Revu for redlining.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform technical reviews of civil engineering plans for grading, drainage, stormwater, and utilities.
• Review technical reports such as hydrology and hydraulic analyses for compliance.
• Prepare plan redlines using Bluebeam Revu and written engineering review comments.
• Coordinate with developers, consultants, and city staff on projects.

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of progressive engineering experience in Land Development.
• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering from an accredited college or university.
• Proficiency with Bluebeam Revu and Microsoft OneDrive Teams.
• Familiarity with public agency municipal codes and design standards.

• Current California Engineer-In-Training or Professional Engineer License.
• Familiarity with environmental permitting requirements.
• Knowledge of the land development process from entitlement to building permits.
