Requirements

• Active RN license
• Ability to provide compassionate home care
• Willingness to learn high-tech skills (trach/vent) if not already experienced
• Reliable transportation for local travel
• Commitment to client-centered care

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one nursing care to clients in their homes
• Manage tracheostomy and ventilator care (with training available)
• Document care using AlayaCare electronic charting
• Receive paid training and clinical support from day one
• Work flexible, self-scheduled shifts
