Description

You will design, build, and integrate data systems and control hardware for rocket test infrastructure, working hands-on with technicians on projects ranging from portable data systems to large motion control cabinets. This role offers multidisciplinary exposure and the chance to shape test infrastructure for a rapidly growing launch program.

Requirements

• Experience with motion control systems, AC/DC power distribution, wiring harnesses
• Ability to design PCBs with signal routing and power management focus
• Experience with motor and pump control cabinets
• Hands-on hardware build and debug experience
• Multidisciplinary engineering mindset

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and integrate data systems and control hardware for rocket test infrastructure
• Work hands-on with technicians to build and debug projects
• Design robust low-voltage control and instrumentation systems for use by non-electrical engineers
• Design complete high-voltage solutions and train future operators
• Branch into operations and test planning roles as needed
