💼 About This Role

You'll drive transformational AI adoption for Dust Enterprise customers, serving as a trusted product expert from first touch through scale. You'll lead onboarding, training, and strategic enablement programs that translate business challenges into high-impact use cases. As our first US-based strategist, you'll shape a new product category from the ground up.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead the Customer Deployment Journey for strategic customers
• Design and deliver persona-specific enablement sessions
• Identify and unlock high-impact use cases across customer organizations
• Create scalable educational content and programs

📋 Requirements

• Proven impact in digital adoption strategies for Enterprise customers
• Experience owning product roll-outs for organizations of 1,000+ employees
• Hands-on experience using AI products in a professional context
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to drive customer adoption
