You'll support end-to-end supply planning for a fast-growing beauty brand portfolio, partnering with cross-functional teams to balance service, cost, and inventory. Your core impact will be driving optimal inventory levels and high service performance in a dynamic environment. This role stands out with 28 consecutive quarters of growth and a culture of flexibility.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop short- and mid-term supply plans aligned with demand forecasts.
• Monitor inventory levels to prevent stockouts and excess inventory.
• Coordinate inbound shipments from domestic and international suppliers.
• Create and maintain accurate item master data in ERP/MRP systems.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in supply planning or inventory management.
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP/MRP systems preferred.
• Knowledge of inbound logistics and inventory flow processes.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in CPG, beauty, or cosmetics industry.
• Experience with NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle.
