📋 Requirements

• Presentation experience
• Experience providing technical training
• Experience with trouble ticketing platforms
• Demonstrated technical support history

✨ Nice to Have

• Additional certification in training (e.g. Certified Technical Trainer)
• Experience with knowledge management platforms
• Familiarity with Fortinet/Palo Alto Firewalls
