🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage daily nursing team flow and resource allocation
• Oversee scheduling, payroll, productivity, hiring, and onboarding
• Address patient care issues and team dynamics
• Partner with hospital leadership to align on goals
• Drive 1:1s, check-ins, and student mentorship

📋 Requirements

• Credentialed as a Veterinary Technician (CVT, RVT, LVT, LVMT)
• 5+ years in a clinical veterinary nursing role
• 2+ years of leadership experience
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays

• Emergency-specific experience
• A.S. or B.S. from an AVMA-accredited veterinary technology program
