💼 About This Role

You'll build the platform that unblocks engineering teams, improving deploy cadence and hardening test infrastructure. You'll own CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks to double deploy frequency and raise code quality. This high-leverage role lets you shape an AI-native development lifecycle from the ground up.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and mature testing infrastructure for unit, integration, and E2E tests
• Own the CI/CD pipeline end-to-end to double deploy frequency
• Remove bottlenecks and improve developer experience across engineering
• Establish SLOs, alerting, and monitoring for platform reliability

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with 2+ years in platform or DevOps
• Experience designing CI/CD systems at scale (GitHub Actions, CircleCI, ArgoCD)
• Strong proficiency in Python and/or Go with production code
• Experience building automated testing frameworks for distributed systems

✨ Nice to Have

• Startup experience (Series A/B stage)
• Exposure to AI/ML workloads or LLM-powered systems
• Background in security or security tooling
