You will drive end-to-end technical innovation, design, and delivery of AI and MACH solutions. You'll collaborate with creative, data, and business teams while leading architecture, prototyping, and team management. This role focuses on solving client challenges with cutting-edge technology.

Requirements

• Client-facing with thought leadership and promotion of technology
• Proficient in AI implementation, including agentic AI, orchestration, and cost-value analysis
• Experience with MACH architectures and cloud hosting providers (AWS, Azure, GCP, Vercel, Netlify)
• Ability to design end-to-end solutions and evaluate multi-tiered web integrations
• Skilled in requirements gathering, estimation, and risk mitigation across agile methodologies

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ideation, technical innovation, design, scoping, development, deployment, and maintenance
• Architect and code during critical phases and prototypes
• Manage onshore, offshore, and hybrid development teams
• Contribute to technical strategy, pitching, and pre-sales activities
• Line manage and coach developers to grow their careers
