You'll design, build, and maintain enterprise-scale integrations within the Workday ecosystem, focusing on migrating legacy integrations to Workday-native solutions. You'll serve as a subject matter expert on integration architecture, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data flow across Unity's enterprise applications. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and deploy integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, and Core Connectors
• Lead migration of existing integrations from iPaaS to Workday-native frameworks
• Assess and rationalize integration landscape for consolidation opportunities
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into integration specs

📋 Requirements

• 8-10+ years of Workday integration development experience in large enterprise
• Proficiency with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Web Services
• Strong understanding of Workday data model across Financials and Payroll
• Experience with XML, XSLT, and JSON for data transformation

✨ Nice to Have

• Workday Pro certification in Integrations
• Experience integrating with Salesforce, Coupa, Workiva, CloudPay, or Okta
• Familiarity with iPaaS platforms like MuleSoft or Workato
