You'll serve as a trusted partner to a defined portfolio of customers, focusing on expansion, price increase, and renewal initiatives. You'll drive revenue retention by ensuring customers see measurable value and strengthen their partnership. This role involves direct customer interaction and cross-functional collaboration.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Manage renewal, expansion, and price increase initiatives for a portfolio of small to mid-sized accounts.
  • Monitor customer health metrics, identify renewal risks, and take corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with sales team to provide product demonstrations and address client inquiries.
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships and maintain long-lasting customer partnerships.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 3+ years of relevant pharmacy research experience (Investigational Drug Services).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage protocols, amendments, and protocol close out.
  • Experience operating an IDS service and using Vestigo (3+ years preferred).
  • Familiarity with CRM/CS tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience with customer support software and help desk tools.
  • Advanced proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Certification in customer success management.
