You'll support the recruitment team in sourcing top talent for Picnic's fast-growing operations. You'll collaborate on creative sourcing strategies and use LinkedIn Recruiter to identify candidates. This role offers hands-on experience in a data-driven startup disrupting the grocery market.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Collaborate with recruiters and internal teams to identify hiring needs
• Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other search techniques
• Help develop creative strategies to attract unique profiles
• Bring innovative ideas to improve recruitment methods

📋 Requirements

• Currently studying in business, HR, psychology, or similar field
• First experience in active sourcing or recruitment through internships or student jobs
• Fluent in English and French (oral and written)
• Proactive, ambitious, and strong attention to detail
