💼 About This Role

You'll lead a top-tier clinical team and manage daily operations at a new state-of-the-art facility. You'll drive high-quality care for children with Autism through data-based ABA therapy while mentoring BCBAs and RBTs.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage own caseload and conduct behavior assessments
• Supervise and mentor BCBAs and RBTs
• Oversee daily clinic operations and staff
• Develop and improve clinical programming

📋 Requirements

• BCBA credential with at least 3 years of experience as a BCBA
• Experience supervising other BCBAs strongly preferred
• Proven experience as an inspirational team leader
• Skilled in training and development of clinicians
