Description

You will own full-cycle recruitment for engineering departments, sourcing top talent, optimizing processes, and ensuring an excellent candidate experience. This fixed-term role runs through July/August 2026 with potential conversion to full-time.

Requirements

• 6+ years experience as a technical recruiter at a fast-paced high-growth tech company
• Proven record recruiting top talent for software or hardware roles
• Proven abilities to attract passive candidates and build diverse pipeline
• Ability to distinguish top 5% talent
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit top-tier engineering and business talent
• Create scalable strategic sourcing methodology leveraging talent data
• Provide a great candidate experience throughout interview process
• Screen applicants, coordinate onsite interviews, conduct reference checks
• Manage and expand diversity and inclusion initiative
