You'll lead operational continuity for Waymo's autonomous ride-hail markets, ensuring safety and service quality across partner and owned locations. You'll serve as the primary interface between field teams and centralized functions. This role offers a chance to shape the world's leading autonomous fleet operations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide real-time operational support to markets for service continuity.
• Monitor service quality metrics and enforce safety protocols.
• Identify systemic risks and surface strategic insights for improvement.
• Triage technical issues and escalate to minimize service disruption.

📋 Requirements

• 15+ years leading high-stakes operations in AVs, logistics, or related fields.
• Experience interfacing between field teams and centralized corporate functions.
• Proficiency monitoring live data to ensure service continuity and safety.
• Track record in technical triage and cross-functional issue escalation.
