Description

You will advise clients on U.S. export compliance, licensing, and international shipping regulations, drafting and negotiating export-related contracts and ensuring adherence to export controls while facilitating cross-border trade.

Requirements

• Proven experience advising on U.S. export regulations, licensing, and international trade compliance
• Strong knowledge of ITAR, EAR, and relevant regulatory frameworks
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong problem-solving ability
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree or equivalent and licensed to practice law in an applicable jurisdiction

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate export-related contracts and compliance documentation
• Provide legal guidance on export controls, licensing, and international trade compliance
• Collaborate on export strategies and global supply chain compliance
• Manage legal issues related to export compliance for technology, manufacturing, and aerospace clients
• Monitor global regulatory changes to provide timely guidance on export matters
