Description

You will be a technical leader owning the strategy and execution of engineering infrastructure, enterprise tooling, and AI-assisted workflow automation to improve productivity, delivery throughput, quality, security, and cost efficiency across globally distributed teams.

Requirements

• Strong technical leader with experience in consumer electronics device development
• Experience with Jenkins, Docker, and build systems (Bazel/BitBake/Yocto preferred)
• Ability to collaborate across engineering and partner teams
• Lead design reviews and mentor senior engineers
• Own cross-team architectures and drive adoption through influence

Responsibilities

• Define and lead an AI-first automation roadmap for Engineering Infrastructure and Enterprise Tooling
• Architect AI/LLM-enabled workflow automation across the SDLC
• Set technical direction for developer tools, build systems, CI/CD pipelines
• Drive Jira workflow design and automation for cross-org visibility
• Embed secure-by-default controls into pipelines and tooling
