🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and scale paid acquisition channels (Meta, TikTok, etc.)
• Run high-velocity testing loops on creatives, audiences, placements
• Monitor performance daily using Voluum, GA4, and dashboards
• Own the creative briefing process based on performance patterns

📋 Requirements

• 4–10+ years in performance marketing or user acquisition
• Managed $300K to $1M+/month in paid media spend
• Full ownership of campaign execution and optimization
• Experience with Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, ASA, or native platforms

• Experience with subscription models and CAC/LTV frameworks
