You'll lead **continuous improvement projects** for composite production, serving as a **technical liaison** between departments to resolve operational issues and integrate new products into serial production. This role offers considerable autonomy and the opportunity to impact **safety, quality, and cost**.

Requirements

• **Bachelor's** in Engineering or equivalent experience
• **3-5 years** of Engineering experience
• **Expert user** of SolidWorks, PDM, and Microsoft Office
• **U.S. citizenship** or permanent residency due to export control

Responsibilities

• Own hardware from concept generation through real-world use
• Lead design reviews, run analysis, and define test plans
• Build prototypes, analyze failures, and transition to production
• Identify waste sources and implement defect minimization strategies
