💼 About This Role

You'll lead multiple digital development teams as a Scrum Master in a global consultancy environment. You'll drive complex digital programs from initiation to delivery, ensuring clarity and momentum across projects. This hybrid/remote role requires deep Agile expertise and 6-10 years of agency or consultancy experience.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives for multiple teams.
• Manage scope, timeline, and budget for complex digital projects.
• Define and maintain project roadmaps and release plans.
• Act as primary liaison between technical and business stakeholders.

📋 Requirements

• 6-10 years leading end-to-end digital programs in agency/consultancy.
• Scrum Master or Project Manager experience for digital initiatives.
• Must work Pacific Time hours (9-5/6 PM PT).
• Deep understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, hybrid).

✨ Nice to Have

• Agile certifications (CSM, PMI-ACP).
• Experience with headless/composable platforms (CommerceTools, Contentful).
• Proficiency in GitHub for digital delivery workflows.
