Your work will directly impact customer adoption and implementation speed for enterprise AI solutions. You'll define documentation standards and create scalable frameworks for a rapidly growing company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and implement documentation strategy, architecture, and governance.
• Build scalable documentation frameworks for multiple AI solutions.
• Create enterprise-ready client-facing materials and integration guides.
• Design AI-assisted documentation workflows to improve speed and consistency.

📋 Requirements

• Native-level English written and verbal fluency.
• 3+ years of experience in technical writing within SaaS or enterprise environments.
• Experience building or shaping a documentation function.
• Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, and system architecture.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in AI or ML platforms.
• Background in engineering, computer science, or solutions architecture.
• Familiarity with documentation platforms like Confluence, Notion.
