• Expertise in managing discount provisioning and changes
• Strong ability to collaborate with commercial unit leaders
• Proficiency in preparing analytical reports and win-loss analyses
• Familiarity with financial or operational discounts
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and SQL

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine discount policy
• Manage and analyze product/regional performance based on effective discounts
• Conduct win-loss analyses and performance analysis for sales roles
• Support discount provisioning process from request to deprecation
• Prepare regular reports on plan implementation and goal achievement
