💼 About This Role

You'll install and configure autonomous drones in customer warehouses, managing end-to-end implementation projects. You'll be the face of innovation, educating users on embodied-AI robotics while triaging real-world operations at scale. This role offers 80% travel to client sites across the US.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Install and configure Corvus One hardware systems in customer facilities
• Organize implementation projects for new and existing enterprise customers
• Triage and perform incident response for robotics operations at scale
• Educate customer champions on embodied-AI technology

📋 Requirements

• Experience running autonomous robots in uncontrolled environments
• Familiarity with robotic stacks including Ubuntu, ROS, Python, Git, SQL
• Hands-on experience with electrical diagnosis and mechanical repair of hardware
• Willingness to travel 80% of the time and drive rental cars

• Experience in customer-facing or community-oriented roles
• Coursework or projects in enterprise IT and network configurations
