💼 About This Role

You'll own readiness visibility and operational accountability across every product and feature launch at Second Nature. You will ensure every team delivers a raving fan experience by running the launch framework and holding cross-functional teams accountable. This is a hands-on execution role, not a team management position.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and maintain the Launch Calendar as the single source of truth.
• Facilitate the biweekly Launch Tiering Meeting.
• Track org-wide readiness and escalate blockers before launch risks.
• Provide executive visibility and reporting on launch status and risks.

📋 Requirements

• Hands-on product launch execution in a fast-paced, multi-product environment.
• Experience driving cross-functional accountability without direct authority.
• Familiarity with launch tiering systems and operational frameworks.
• High-growth startup experience is required.
