💼 About This Role

You'll join a fast-growing startup targeting the healthcare supply industry by modernizing ordering through an e-commerce platform. As a Junior Account Executive, you'll start by driving top-of-funnel activity and then transition to running your own demos, with clear path to a full-cycle AE role. You'll be immersed in a proven sales playbook and hands-on coaching environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Serve as first point of contact for prospective customers
  • High-volume outbound activity (90+ calls/day during ramp)
  • Qualify accounts and build pipeline across dental practices
  • Shadow closing calls and gradually take on own full demos

📋 Requirements

  • 0-2 years SDR experience in outbound SaaS SMB/mid-market
  • Proven ability to handle high-volume outbound activity
  • Interest in building a full-cycle sales career
  • Strong communication and coachability

✨ Nice to Have

  • Recent graduate with strong demonstrated interest in sales
  • Experience with Salesforce and Dialpad
