• Evolve AI-driven recruiting workflows and automate TA processes.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years in program management or TA operations in high-growth tech.
• Strong understanding of Talent Acquisition functions and workflows.
• Proven experience leading complex cross-functional programs.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools and workflows.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Greenhouse, Ashby, or Workday.
• Comfortable with project management tools like Linear.
• Strong analytical mindset with KPI definition.
