You'll oversee facility maintenance and repairs with a focus on preventive and predictive maintenance of processing equipment, HVAC, and utilities. You will manage a Maintenance team to drive production reliability and ensure compliance with GMP and HACCP standards. This role offers the chance to impact a food production environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Directly oversee Maintenance team and schedule workload
• Participate in daily update meetings and analyze downtime
• Oversee compliance with GMP, Food Safety & HACCP guidelines
• Coordinate maintenance activities with Kitchen, Warehouse, and QA

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in industrial maintenance management
• 5-7 years managing groups in a production environment
• HACCP knowledge or certification
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

✨ Nice to Have

• Previous experience in food industry
• Knowledge of CMMS
• Bilingual English/Spanish
